COVID-19 Update

The world, as we know, has changed for the time being. Due to the unprecedented circumstances we’ve been faced with, there have been several changes as it pertains to operations and day-to-day regularities.
Diamante Auto Mats operates 100% online as an E-commerce business. Furthermore, our operations will remain open throughout the next few weeks. Even though we are fully operational and our production facility is NOT affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic, our logistics partners and carriers may be. Please find further details below.
SHIPPING UPDATE: As of Jan 21, 2021
All orders will have a 10-15 delay from the times listed below due to the increase in COVID-19. We are doing out absolute best to get all shipments delivered ASAP. We appreciate your patience & cooperation!
Due to new restrictions made by some countries some parcels may experience unusually long lead times. We are working with all of our different carrier partners on a daily basis to get our parcels to our customers as quickly as possible. 
Please take note: due to the decrease in airline routes, tighter custom border checks, & prioritizing of critical medical supplies, some parcels could face delays in transit. We will provide full tracking details as usual.
All tracking numbers we provide are legitimate and are verified with our shipping partners. However, some could face delays in updating due to slower than usual transit times and courier availability.

LOST OR SEVERELY DELAYED PACKAGES:
If any orders are delayed for an extended period of time and the courier does not update the location of the parcel in a timely manner, we will do our best to send out a replacement parcel or issue a full refund as quickly as possible. 
Our team at Diamante is tracking all parcels that are in transit daily. Any issues brought to our attention by our customers are being sent directly to the courier for immediate investigation. We require courier all necessary confirmation before we can proceed with a replacement or refund as many parcels will update and get delivered after courier searches. 
COVID-19 CONTAMINATION OF PARCELS:
W.H.O (World Health Organization) has confirmed multiple times that COVID-19 is not active on parcels, packages, and surfaces for more than a few hours. All of our car mats are produced in China. We are checking all our workers daily and taking extra cleaning and protection measures to keep all workers safe.
